When will my parcel be dispatched?

Thank you for your order! We are very pleased that you have chosen Besa locksmith shop. Your order will be neatly and securely packed and it usually takes 1-2 days to prepare and ship your order. No orders are packed during weekends. Orders placed over the weekend are only processed from the next working day (between Monday and Friday). If a public holiday falls on Monday, Tuesday will count as the next working day. Orders placed on a public holiday will also be processed on the next working day (if the public holiday falls on a Friday, Monday counts as the next working day).

How long will my parcel take to arrive?

Depending on the destination, delivery times vary; they apply from the moment the parcel arrives at one of our delivery partners. National parcel shipments are generally delivered within a standard delivery time of 1 to 2 working days. The standard delivery time for destinations within Europe generally varies between 2 and 5 working days. In any case, you will always receive an e-mail containing a Track&Trace code with which you can track everything. 

Besa slotenspeciaalzaak is not responsible for any delays caused by processing procedures at the courier service or customs offices at destination or any strike action or any other form of force majeure (weather, traffic jam, accident, machine failure, etc.). Any delays in delivery times shall not entitle the buyer to cancel his order or refuse the goods and shall in no case give rise to compensation. The seller cannot be held responsible for delays incurred beyond the seller's control.

Can I track my parcel myself?

We will send you a Track&Trace code via e-mail as soon as your order is processed. Your link will become active within 24 hours so you can follow everything from start to finish.

Where can I have my parcel delivered?

We can deliver your parcel to your home or office in Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Germany or elsewhere in Europe. If you are not at home much, you can of course give your neighbour's or someone else's address.

Can I have my order sent abroad?

As a Belgian company, we do not only deliver in Belgium. You can also have it sent to the Netherlands, France, Germany or elsewhere in Europe.

What are the shipping costs?

Our shipping costs are always calculated in the shopping cart according to an address in Belgium or other countries within Europe and this according to weight and size of the articles. If you still have questions about our shipping costs, you may always contact us by e-mail.

Why no free shipping?

This is very simple: Your goods are always packed with the greatest care and securely for you, in order to get your parcel of goods to you intact and without any worries. We also have to consider heavier weights and the processing and packaging of your order takes more time and attention. The costs incurred for processing and shipping have to be paid for somehow. Most webshops pass on these costs as a kind of mark-up in the selling price of the products. We could well make our products all just a bit more expensive and thus pretend not to charge shipping costs - as usually happens with other webshops.

However, we think this is unfair because it penalises customers who order several items by charging them double shipping costs. The shops that do not charge shipping costs thus earn money on the "no shipping costs" without you realising it...

We prefer to keep costs open and honest!
